Ever since I got my hands on Fujiya & Miyagi’s 2006 release, Transparent Things, I was instantly addicted to their smooth head-bobbing song “Collar Bone.” It has these dope yet subtle basslines that you just can’t help but move to. The song even caught the ear of pro skater, Chis Haslam as he skated to the track in the Nintendo Wii “Skate it” teaser back in ’08. These soft spoken Brits are the shit and we’re more than stoked that they’ve booked a show in LA at the Echo on March 20. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketweb!

Fujiya & Miyagi recently released a new video for their latest single “YoYo.” The song is one of the many highly anticipated tracks on Fujiya’s forthcoming album Ventriloquizzing, set for release on January 25, 2011 via Yep Roc.
