Crosses (also stylized as †††) is the Los Angeles-based musical side project of Deftones singer Chino Moreno, Far guitarist Shaun Lopez and Scott Chuck. They are scheduled to headline the Glass House on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012 (and you’re not going to want to miss this show). It’s far from the “screaming your head off” vocals we’ve listened to throughout numerous Deftones albums. The band describes the music as “minimal and soothing.” We at Grimy Goods think of it as a sexy melodic escapade of trippy tunes you just want to get lost in — panty-dropping music. The shit’s good.
