Our boys, the Drowning Men just opened up for Lucero this past March 20 at the Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach (San Diego). If you’re not hip to these guys yet, get on it. They’re definitely a band to keep your eye on and have toured with Flogging Molly, Alkaline Trio, Airborne Toxic Event, Lucero and more.
These guys aren’t just beards, tattoos and rugged good looks—their tunes are righteous and full of hard-hitting indie rock melodies that make you wanna get up and wild out. Unique with the Baroque sounds of the organ and a creepy theremin that exudes a haunted vibe, the Drowning Men create music that is pure emotion. You can’t help but be mesmerized by the group as they radiate a powerful stage presence. Fueled with rich lyrics, the Drowning Men are a tantalizing treat to any music lovers’ collection.
