Independent hip hop duo from Los Angeles People Under the Stairs are set to headline the El Rey this Sunday, December 16. They have performed more than a thousand sold out shows since their debut in 1998 and have toured around the world. In spite all this success, the duo has managed to stay true to their DIY roots and still self produce, manage, and engineer their work. Revolutionary Rhythm support.
