Whether you love her or hate her, the iconic Hole front-woman, Courtney Love is back. Once referred to by Rolling Stone as “the most controversial woman in the history of rock,” Courtney Love will headline the Troubadour on Monday, Aug. 26. The 90s grunge queen, recently told Billboard that she has eight songs ready for an album, which is under the working title, Died Blonde. She also plans to release a book. Initially, the tour had been conceived to promote Love’s new album, but was consequently dubbed a “greatest hits” tour due to the impending release of the record; according to Love, it will be released in December 2013 followed by a more extensive world tour.
Tickets to Courtney Love at the Troubadour are priced at $20 and the show is all-ages. Tickets will go on sale on Fri. Aug 2, 2013 1:00 PM PDT.
