In case you missed out on our giveaway to Emeli Sande last week, you have another opportunity to catch a soulful artist! Selah Sue, the Belgian artist behind the single, “Raggamuffin”, will be performing at the El Rey Theatre on Monday, August 26. She has been compared to greats such as Amy Winehouse and Adele. Now’s your chance to witness her live! Supporting act is Bushwalla.
Tickets to the show are $17, doors open at 7 pm, and is all ages. You can win a pair of tickets with us, courtesy of Goldenvoice and Grimy Goods.

Next, email ggcontests@gmail.com with your full name for guest list and a clever reason why you want a pair of tickets to Souls of Mischief at the El Rey Theatre. When you’re done with your email, send us a Tweet so we know you entered the contest or you can post on our Facebook wall. We’ll select a winner that has done all of the above mentioned. Winners will be announced via email, Facebook and Twitter on Wednesday, August 21. Winners will have until 10am Thursday, August 22 to reply back to our email and confirm their win.
