They cancel shows and music festivals, and they love to give away their albums for free. Death Grips are clearly not in the music game for money. Perhaps they’re just trying to send a message through their bass heavy noise rock. Just a few hours ago, Death Grips released another free album. This time the new album is called Government Plates and you can stream all 11 tracks below! You can even download the entire album below! As expected, you can’t really make out what MC Ride is saying through his fast-and-slurring flows coated with various “fuck” and “shits.”
Death Grips has also shared a visuals video to accompany the first song off their new album. The title is extremely long: “You might think he loves you for your money but I know what he really loves you for it’s your brand new leopard skin pillbox.” The video has some uncomfortable close-ups of MC Ride basically going crazy, or just being himself.
