Fans of the late and great, Captain Beefheart (Don Van Vliet) will surely want to attend this nostalgic psychedelic blues show. Spanning all the different periods of Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band’s history, the Magic Band are scheduled for a special performance at the Troubadour on Sunday, April 6. Featuring original members: JOHN “Drumbo” FRENCH, MARK “Rockettee Morton” Boston, & DENNY “Feelers Rebo” WALLRY — get ready to melt into some classic psych & blues vibes and “Pepsi-moods” as the MAGIC BAND perform the music of Captain Beefheart.
Tickets to the Magic Band at the Troubadour are priced at $22 and the show is all-ages with doors at 8 p.m. Tickets will go on on sale this Friday, Dec. 6 at 1 p.m.
