The Cincinnati band Foxy Shazam are all about making an impression with their use of theatrics and lead vocalist Eric Nally’s over-the-top singing à la Freddie Mercury. The band self-released their fifth album earlier this year titled Gonzo for free (yes, for FREE) via Bandcamp. In support of their album, Foxy Shazam is set to headline the El Rey on Thursday, July 31. So come on down for the show! Supporting acts include Stop Light Observations and Dorothy.
Tickets start at $20 plus service fees, doors open at 7pm, and the event is all ages. You can purchase tickets or win a pair of tickets by entering the contest below!
