Now on his fourth album release coming up on October 21st, Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore is set to headline a show at the Echoplex on Friday, October 10th. The album titled, The Best Day is a follow up to his last release in 2010 Demolished Thoughts. The 8 tracks off the album are delivered by James Sedward on guitars, Deb Googe of My Bloody Valentine on bass, Steve Shelly of Sonic Youth on drums, and of course Thurston Moore on vocals. Check out the singles “The Best Day” and “Heavenmetal” down below! Supporting Thurston Moore will be the indie rock band, Sebadoh.
Tickets are $19-21, show starts at 8:30 pm, and the event is 18 and over. You can purchase tickets or try and win a pair of tickets with us by entering the contest below!
