Before Mariachi El Bronx came to be, the Los Angeles band, The Bronx, had been playing for five years as a hardcore punk band. Mariachi El Bronx later came to be developed in 2007 as an alter ego, successfully creating their own exciting take on mariachi music. Since then, the five piece band has released three albums, with Mariachi El Bronx III dropping November 4th. To inaugurate the release of their album, the band will be headlining the El Rey Theatre on Wednesday, November 5th! So grab your mariachi hat and come on down! Check out their single, “Wildfires” from the album down below! Supporting acts include Long Beach favorites Tijuana Panthers, and Pounded By the Surf.
Tickets to Mariachi El Bronx at the El Rey Theatre start at $27, doors at 8pm and the show is all-ages. You can purchase your tickets or try winning a pair with us below!
