Last year we caught ferocious duo Lion Babe, comprised of Jillian Hervey and Lucas Goodman, kicking off the New Year right opening up for The Roots and we’ve been hooked ever since. We’re ready to get down to their sizzling, groove fueled R&B/nu-soul sound once again when they headline The Echoplex on Friday, August 12th. Hear tracks from their debut album Begin and their freshly released mix tape Sunjoint live! Joining Lion Babe for this special is D.C. singer-songwriter and re-mix collaborator Kamau.
