Los Angeles singer-songwriter, Alexandra Savior is strutting in hot with another new song set to seduce your senses. Savior has debuted “M.T.M.E,” the second track shared from her forthcoming full-length debut record produced by Arctic Monkey’s frontman Alex Turner. The sultry new number follows “Shades,” the only other song Savior has released to date. Written by 21-year-old Savior and Turner, “M.T.M.E” was co-produced by James Ford (Haim/Florence and the Machine) and Turner. With its suspenseful drum beats, cryptic guitar lines and Savior’s bewitching vocals, “M.T.M.E” becomes a dark and mysterious work. Oh, and we can’t forget that feverish howl towards the end of the track. It makes for the perfect addition to a Halloween playlist.

We caught Alexandra Savior live at The Hotel Cafe last month and described her performance as a “sultry, coquette act” and “Immovable from her position behind her microphone, her only movements came from the occasional placement of her hand’s on her hips (like she was scolding the crowd for something), and her numerous facial expressions, which ranged from her heart-fluttering pouty faces to eye rolls. By doing virtually the bare minimum an artist could do onstage besides sing, Savior had managed to charm her way into her crowd’s hearts, and they were now at the mercy of her mischievousness. Savior’s ease and coolness are talents that are inherently unlikely for someone so new to the stage, but it’s clear that it’s the one place she really belongs.” Read the entire review with live photos here.

After playing shows at the aforementioned Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, along with New York and San Francisco, Alexandra Savior is set to perform at London’s Courtyard Theatre on September 29, as well as at the Reeperbahn Festival in Germany.
