It was a flash back to the good ole jams, last Saturday, Dec. 26 at Club Nokia! Not only did we get to see famed 80’s rappettes, Salt-n-Pepa, but we danced our booties off to the old skool tracks of Domino, Rodney O, Skee0-lo and Candyman! It was all ghetto fab and then some!
Born again Christians or not, Salt-n-Pepa brought back the goods with “Push it,” “Let’s Talk About Sex,” “Whatta man,” and many more jams! I must say, them ladies still looked all sorts of fine in 2009. Spindarella kept the dope shit spinning on the one’s and two’s, while the on-stage dancers amazed us with their grooves. It was the best late 80’s, early 90′ house party that I only wish I was old enough to attend back in the day.
