A favorite amongst many of the LA show kids, San Francisco’s Sonny and the Sunsets headlined the Echo last night with support from local band The Belle Brigade and one of our favorite up-and-comers, Tennis. With front-man Sonny Smith’s, genuine lyrics and welcoming voice, Sonny and the Sunsets are always a cool treat to watch live. Their riffs and melodies are timeless and something everyone can appreciate, whether a scened-out hipster or your Grandaddy chillin’ on the porch—it’s good music for the soul.
