Talk about a fabulous line-up! Glass Candy headlined a sold-out show with Austra (formerly Katie Stelmanis) and Bobby Birdman at the Echoplex on Saturday, Feb. 19. All three bands really put on an impressive show, full of buzzing energy that took the crowd for a spin. We were most surprised by Austra though! With out a doubt, Katie Stelmanis and her band really rocked it with their dark, powerful and beautiful performance. As always, Glass Candy bubbled with sexy electro that tantalized fans from their heads all the way to their dancing toes. Not to mention, Bobby Birdman kicked the party off proper with his infectious energy and summertime beats. It was dark in the Echoplex but the energy of the sun was shining as soon as Bobby took the stage with his endearing vocals.
