L.A. up-and-comers – Caught A Ghost – put on quite the dubsteppin’-electro-indie-soul party at Dim Mak Studios last week. The free party also included a few other performers, but we were here just to see Caught A Ghost (’cause they were pretty much the best).
The innovative and fresh, L.A. ensemble are looking quite promising in 2012. Their beats are tight and buzz with bass that tickle your senses from your toes-to-your-nose. Whether you’re down for a catchy sing-along, such as in their melodic track, “Time Go” or you want to shake that ass to some soul-step as in their song “Sleeping At Night” — Caught A Ghost have got it going on!
Easy on the eyes and full of dope swagger, Caught A Ghost made a great impression on first-time viewers, including the Grimy Goods crew.
