The first Moon Block Party of 2012 went off a couple Saturdays ago in the trippy land of Palm Springs. The psychedelic love party featured some rad L.A. and surronding acts: Dead Meadow, Crooked Cowboy, Strangers Family Band, Wardrum and JuJu. The event was a celebration for what would be the 101 birthday of Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins (known for his famous spiced rum, hot pinups and tattoos). There was a lot of smiles and free-loving going on. Were you there?
