Dengue Fever will be hitting the El Rey Theatre on Friday, Jan. 27 in support of their new album Cannibal Courtship. The band draws heavy influence from 60s Cambodian pop and have created a unique musical sound with their special blend of surf psych-garage rock soaked in sweet pop. Singer Chhom Nimol is also one fine lady who knows how to enchant a room with her subtle powerhouse of a voice. Get in the Cambodian/American groove! Secret Chiefs 3 support.
