It’s not every day you get to see the legendary Wayne Kramer of the MC5 perform live! Fans were graced with the Motor City icon on Thursday, July 12 at the Echoplex for the Jail Guitar Doors benefit featuring numerous musicians such as David Yow of the Jesus Lizard, Chris Shiflett of the Foo Fighters, Gilby Clarke of Guns N’ Roses, Jill Subulle-Singer/Activist, Corey Parks of Nashville Pussy and many more! Even, Norm of Cheers was on stage with Jackass, Chris Pontius during the prize raffle. Amongst the crowd were various musicians including Cold Cave’s, Wesley Eisold (who’s been hanging around L.A. a lot for reppin’ NY) and Scott Martin of Big Business.
