The Power of the Riff was not a show for tender ears. It was a show that people went to to hear their music, just the way they came to hear it: loud. Seven bands in one night proved for plenty of excitement and headbanging. Void Ov Voices started the show and the night ended with an almost ghost like performance by the cloaked Sun 0)))). Through out the night bands such as Loincloth , Dead in the Dirt, Black Breath, Corrosion of Conformity, and High on Fire rocked the Fonda Theatre. Sun 0))))‘s performance was probably the craziest thing I have ever seen, since I could literally feel my whole body vibrating throughout their performance. It was clearly a night that fans will never forget.
