After announcing a mini tour of the Southern states, it looks like Spoon is now making their way to Los Angeles for a headlining show at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Friday, August 8th. The month of August brings some perfect summer evening weather, and this outdoor Spoon performance could not have been better suited at a different venue. It’s been two years since Spoon has toured, and four years since they’ve blessed our eager ears with a new album. Let’s hope the follow-up to 2010’s Transference is in the makes. Most recently, Spoon reissued a 12″ vinyl of their Love Ways EP this past Record Store Day. You can watch the video for “Jealousy” below, which is featured on the reissue.

Tickets to Spoon at Hollywood Forever Cemetery are priced at $32.50 and the show is all-ages. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, May 9th at 12 p.m.
