It was a packed and sweltering night down at The Echoplex this past Sunday for the sold-out Talib Kweli show. DJ Phatrick, Knxwldge, and Niko Is got the crowd warmed up for Mr. Kweli. Once Talib took to the stage, he had the whole Echoplex moving and singing along. Talib’s set consisted of material from his Black Star and Reflection Eternal days, all the way through to his most current Gravitas and Prisoner of Conscious albums. It was a high energy performance and the vibes were flowing hot!
