The El Rey was packed in a smoked filled haze on Thursday, September 26th. People of all ages danced the night away to the hypnotic music of Simian Mobile Disco. With only two members, Simian Mobile Disco was able to keep everyone in awe and on their feet. The theatre itself was dark with the exception of the occasional bursts of light. It was truly a sight to behold when the music would gain momentum so would the sea of people that the crowd consisted of. I saw FYF’s own Sean Carlson smiling from the cheek-to-cheek as he took in the music in wide eyed amazement. By the time night ended, everyone had to readjust to get out the musical trance which they were currently fixated,
