The Garden

The Garden sold-out The Regent on Friday night and if you were not there I am telling you now not to miss them the next time they are in town. I arrived right in time for Tijuana Panthers who were secretly incorporating magic into every guitar note they delivered. Hearing “NOBO” for the first time live was a personal achievement because I remember the first time I fell in love with that song during the summer of 2015. They even gave a shout out to The Garden not only for letting them open but for also inspiring their music.

There is no better place to catch The Garden play than The Regent in Downtown Los Angeles. It is an intimate venue with a slight incline downwards on the floor, which lets you feel closer to the band no matter where you stand. Let me tell you everyone was as close as possible to the stage because as soon as they hit the floor, everyone went bananas. ASAP one of the twins dove head first into the stage while the other was jumping from the drum set. Next time I hope you are in the crowd catching one of the twins and witnessing The Garden do their thang.

It was amazing.
