Los Angeles has been waiting a long time to once again witness the majesty that is Reignwolf. Thursday night, The Roxy finally satisfied that need and provided some sweaty raucous rock-n-roll to a sold out house. Seeing a performer like Jordan Cook in any venue is a treat especially if there are balconies to climb on (still sad I missed the legendary Troubadour show years ago). The Roxy however is an intimate setting where you can get up close and personal with legends and the boys of Reignwolf took that to the next level moving a full drum kit to the floor mid set and staying in the warmth of adoring fans and old friends for most of the show. Jordan is the type of player who masterfully crawls all over his guitar attacking it from every conceivable and some inconceivable positions all while making it look as easy as child play. He is simply amazing to watch (check out the looks on the crowds faces). Joining him were Joseph Braley on drums who was working hard moving his full kit twice during the show and two encores. Stacey-James Kardash was on bass and literally battled Jordan multiple times with it.
