The Coathangers brought the volume and energy to the Teragram Ballroom Thursday night. The band was supported by Prettiest Eyes and Traps PS — both put on a a hell of show as well. After opening on a slow song, the three Atlanta-based rippers launched into heavy rocking music. The energy was palpable as Julia Kugel lead the audience in call and response as they danced to the funky bass lines of Meredith Franco and exceptional percussion of Stephanie Luke’s sticks. Big cheers went out when the Coathangers played their latest single  “F The NRA.”

The Coathangers’ Teragram gig was just the second day of their national tour, so check their schedule to see if they are headed to a city near you!

The Coathangers new album The Devil You Know is out now via Suicide Squeeze Records.
