This year, Desert Daze takes no prisoners.
The latest Artist Transmission for the eighth annual festivity brings two of the most viable acts working in the business today—the champions for the eccentric and the peculiar.
Flying Lotus, whose latest album Flamagra is set for release tomorrow, will be bringing along his legendary immersive 3D show in support of his latest offerings. Listen to his latest singles “More feat .Anderson Paak” and “Black Balloons”.
Also set to headline Desert Daze is none other than psych-rock legends The Flaming Lips who will perform a special 20th anniversary exclusive performance of their 1999 masterpiece The Soft Bulletin.
While the rest of the Desert Daze 2019 lineup remains a mystery, Desert Daze has already announced some of the most legendary performers including Stereolab and Animal Collective — along with the recently added The Black Angels, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, and Lightning Bolt — as well as Shintaro Sakamoto and Parquet Courts.
Desert Daze 2019 will take place on October 10th-13th at Moreno Beach in Lake Perris, CA. Weekend passes start at $259 and go up from there. Payment plans to Desert Daze are available!
