Silversun Pickups have announced their 21-date Physical Thrills Tour, with special guests Eliza and The Delusionals, in support of their forthcoming album, Physical Thrills, out Aug. 19. Silversun Pickups upcoming tour will take them across the US with several dates in Southern California including Oct. 3 at the Orpheum Theatre in LA; Aug. 29 at the House of Blues in Anaheim; and Oct. 2 at the Ventura Theater in Ventura. Additional dates up the coast include shows in San Diego, Rancho Mirage, Oakland, Monterey, Sacramento and Fresno. See a full list of tour dates below.

Tickets for Silversun Pickups go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 29 at 10 am (PDT). There is an artist presale happening from Tuesday, July 26 at 10 am (PDT) to Thursday, July 28 through 10 pm for fans who signed up for Silversun Pickups mailing list by Tuesday, July 26 at 10am (ET). Fans are encouraged to sign up for Silversun Pickups mailing list for future tour details, presale info and more.

For their tour, Silversun Pickups have partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket sold will go to the PLUS1 x Noise For Now Reproductive Health Access Fund supporting access to reproductive rights and services for all.

In addition to announcing their upcoming tour dates, the band has also released the the lyric video for their single, “Scared Together,” the first offering from Physical Thrills. This new lyrics music video follows the song’s official music video, directed by Clair Marie Vogel.

“You never know what can bring two people together,” notes bandmate Brian Aubert of the song. “Sometimes it’s something light and comfy. Sometimes it’s a shared love of some kind of totem or idol that is dear. Other times, it’s something a little more dreadful. But whatever works I say, to each their own. This song is about becoming close and intimate with someone through hardship. Being thrown into something quite frightening brings out some shared qualities that connect them.”
