Detroit’s seminal punk band, Death, has shared their new album, Death III as a full album stream available until its April 22nd release date. Following the release of their 2010 comeback with the release of their 1976 album, For the Whole World to See. The powerful new LP serves as a companion piece of sorts to the “A Band Called Death” documentary, discovering the growth from spiritual young rockers to more wiser and seasoned musicians who have seen it all. Death III features unheard songs from 1975, 1976 and 1980, as well as two songs from 1992, and it’s all recorded in in high-fidelity with a larger than life studio sound. It’s aggressive with heavy punk flavor, but also has the ability to take you on a Funkadelic journey as the album spans different decades. Death III truly comes out and grabs you by the neck, pulling you into a world that was once lost.
