Canadian shoegaze duo, No Joy will headline this week’s Part Time Punks at the Echo on Sunday, March 1st. Since signing onto Mexican Summer, Jasamine White-Gluz and Laura Lloyd have toured alongside La Sera, Surfer Blood, and Vivian Girls, and appeared at the Barcelona Primavera Sound Festival and SXSW. Their latest album, Wait to Pleasure (2013), features the singles “Hare Tarot Lies” and “Blue Neck Riviera” which you can check out down below! No Joy has a new album underway! Let’s hope they play some new tunes for LA! Supporting acts for No Joy are Nightmare Air and Flaamingos.
Tickets are $12-15, show starts at 10 pm, and the event is 18-and-over. You can purchase tickets or try and win a pair of tickets with us by entering the contest below!
