From Athens, Georgia — Drive-By Truckers are making their way back to Los Angeles in support of their 10th studio album, English Oceans, set for release March 3, 2014. Over the past 15 years, Drive-By Truckers have had numerous line-up changes with most recently parting ways with bassist Shonna Tucker and pedal steel player John Neff. Before that, singer-guitarist Jason Isbell had left the band leaving Patterson Hood and Mike Cooley as the rocks of the band. As part of Drive-By Truckers English Oceans tour, the band will headline the Fonda Theatre on Saturday, April 26. Supporting Drive-By Truckers on this tour are Blitzen Trapper and Shovels and Rope (select venues).
Tickets to Drive-By Truckers at the Fonda Theatre are priced at $25 and the show is all-ages. Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday, Jan. 10 at 10 a.m., but you can grab presale tickets tomorrow! There will be a fan presale tomorrow, Jan. 9 at local noon time (12 p.m.).
