Swedish singer-songwriter Jens Lekman played a comical and charismatic storytelling set this past Monday at the Teragram Ballroom. In the early part of the swede’s performance he jokingly explained how recently Donald Trump gave a speech announcing the release of Jens’ album Life Will See You Now. Before diving into the new material he humored us with stories that relate to older tracks from I Know What Love Isn’t. The night eventually evolved into a 70’s dance party where Jens danced and pretended to fly around like an airplane while the audience sang along to his poppy new tune “What’s That Perfume You Wear?”
