Los Bukis: The Las Vegas Residency will take place over three months — May, June, and September — hosted at Dolby Live at Park MGM. Each month they’ll perform five dates at the 5,200-seat venue located on the Las Vegas Strip.

There are several different presales available for Los Bukis: The Las Vegas Residency. Once you’ve decided on a specific tour date you’ll want to bookmark the page for easier access on the day of the presale.

Official Platinum Presale / Preventa

The Official Platinum presale opens Tuesday, January 30th at 10am local time. Keep an eye out for these types of tickets when selecting a Los Bukis tour date. No presale code is needed to buy them but prices will be higher than average. Learn more about Official Platinum tickets below.

Citi® Cardmember Presale / Preventa

The Citi® Cardmember presale starts Tuesday, January 30th at 10am local time. You will need a Citi card to participate in this presale. After choosing a tour date to Los Bukis, you will then use the first 6 digits of your Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card as the presale code.

Artist Presale / Preventa

The Los Bukis artist presale begins Wednesday, January 31st at 10am local time. After picking a Los Bukis tour date, head to either the band’s Instagram or check back here on the day of the presale to find out the presale code.

What Are Official Platinum Tickets?

If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.

Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
