Last week, Twenty One Pilots announced their highly anticipated The Clancy World Tour. Both new and longtime fans have been thrilled about the massive tour announcement, which will see Twenty One Pilots perform shows in North America, Europe, the UK and Australia.
In North America, Twenty One Pilots will perform at venues like the brand new Intuit Dome in Los Angeles as well as shows at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Barclays Center in Brooklyn and many more tour dates.

While the excitement brews, fans have been wondering how the Twenty One Pilots presale works and when the tickets go on sale. There are various Twenty One Pilots presales, which can cause some confusion, but rest assured, all Twenty One Pilots tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster regardless of which presale you decide to participate in. As usual with all major tour announcements, we have broken down the presale information, including presale codes so that fans can secure their tickets to the show!
Presales for the tour start as early as Tuesday, April 2nd at 10am local time. The general onsale will begin on Friday, April 5th at 10am local time.

When Do Twenty One Pilots Tickets Go On Sale?
Tickets for Twenty One Pilots go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 5th at 10am local time.
The Twenty One Pilots artist presale starts Tuesday, April 2nd at 10am local time.
A promoter presale opens Thursday, April 4th at 10am local time.
The Spotify presale begins Thursday, April 4th at 12pm local time.
An Intuit Dome venue presale is on Thursday, April 4th at 12pm local time.
If you see Official Platinum and VIP presale options these do not require presale codes for access!

What Is The Twenty One Pilots Presale Code?
Fans can use any of the below presales to get tickets early for The Clancy World Tour. However, some presale options and times can vary between cities. Find your preferred Twenty One Pilots tour date for accurate dates and times.
PLEASE NOTE: When the first presale begins on April 2nd, if you see either the Official Platinum or VIP Package options, you will not need a presale code to purchase. However, these are the most expensive ticket options.
Artist Presale
The Twenty One Pilots artist presale starts on Tuesday, April 2nd at 10am local time. To participate in this presale, head to the band’s official website to register for a presale code via Seated. Once you sign up, you should receive a presale code ahead of the presale start time. Seated presale codes are usually texted the day of the presale, a couple of hours before start time. The presale tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster. Once it begins, be sure to select your preferred Twenty One Pilots Tour date and then pop in your Seated presale code when promoted. Voila! You will have access.

Promoter Presale
The Live Nation presale opens on Thursday, April 4th at 10am local time. After selecting a Twenty One Pilots tour date enter the following presale code to unlock the promoter presale: RIFF.
Spotify Presale
The Spotify presale begins on Thursday, April 4th at 12pm local time. As per Spotify, presale codes are emailed “to listeners who our data shows are the artist’s top fans and/or anyone who follows the artist on Spotify.” Be sure to follow the band on the streaming service and then decide on a tour date for Twenty One Pilots.
Venue Presale
The venue presale for Intuit Dome is on Thursday, April 4th at 12pm local time. Fans in Los Angeles can get access to this presale if they plan on attending one of the two dates Twenty One Pilots are performing at Intuit Dome. Head to the venue’s website to sign up for their newsletter.

How Quickly Do Presale Tickets Sell Out?
For major and highly anticipated tours such as Twenty One Pilots, presale tickets sell out quickly. And seeing that the duo has booked multiple tour dates in major cities like Los Angeles, where Twenty One Pilots will perform two shows at the Intuit Dome, it’s a sure sign that presale tickets will sell out quickly. But don’t worry; we have some best practices and pro tips laid out for you below to help you succeed in getting those Twenty-One Pilots tickets.
What Are Official Platinum Tickets?
If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.
Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.
Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets
First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.
Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!
What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?
If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.
Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
