Metallica has announced the return of their Helping Hands Concert & Auction in Los Angeles at the YouTube Theater on Friday, Dec. 13. Tickets for this very special Metallica concert will go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 26, at 10am PDT. However, fans can get presale tickets beginning Wednesday, July 24 at 10am PDT. There are two ways you can get presale tickets with a presale code. All tickets will be sold officially through Ticketmaster, and you can see the ticket listing now.
What is the Metallica Helping Hands Concert & Auction?
Metallica’s Helping Hands Concert & Auction benefits their All Within My Hands foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation focused on creating sustainable communities by tackling issues including hunger and workforce education. The band’s 2022 edition of the concert raised approximately $3,000,000 with 100% of the proceeds going to the foundation.
How Much Are Tickets?
Tickets will range from $190 to $765 each, plus service charges and other fees. There will be a two-ticket limit. Please remember that 100% of ticket and auction proceeds will directly support those in need through Metallica’s Helping Hands Foundation.
Thankfully, all tickets will include parking at official YouTube Theater designated lots. This is great because parking at the Hollywood Park complex is expensive!
Tickets will be NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Who’s Performing at Metallica’s Helping Hands Concert & Auction?
While the lineup 2024 Helping Hands Concert has yet to be announced, we can tell you it get better every year. In 2022 the event featured appearances by Robert Downey Jr., Tony Hawk, St. Vincent, leaders from six of AWMH’s non-profit partner organizations and a set by Greta Van Fleet, all culminating in a very special acoustic/electric performance from Metallica.
The lineup for this year will be announced soon, featuring amazing items and experiences up for auction, all to benefit the Foundation. 100% of ticket and auction proceeds will directly support those in need.
