One of the things that brings us the most happiness in Los Angeles is the joy experienced at the Hollywood Bowl. The beloved venue just revealed their highly anticipated 2025 lineup, and per usual, it shines with an abundant mix of music artists and events. That’s what’s so special about the Bowl; there’s a little something, a lot of something for everyone.
The 2025 Hollywood Bowl summer season will kick off June 7 with An Evening with Hugh Jackman with Thomas Wilkins and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. The opening night will also feature the musicians of YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles). Together, the artists will revisit songs from Jackman’s musical roles in The Greatest Showman, The Boy from Oz, The Music Man, and more.
Ahead of the opening night, however, the LA Phil is presenting a free “We ❤️ LA” concert on Tuesday, April 1, featuring Gustavo Dudamel, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and special guests to be announced. The special event will honor and thank the first responders who bravely fought the Los Angeles fires and the community members who were impacted.
Gustavo Dudamel returns for his 16th and second to last season at the Hollywood Bowl as Music & Artistic Director of the LA Phil. The beloved talent, who has become synonymous with the LA Phil and the Hollywood Bowl, will conduct eight performances in August with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Venezuela’s Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra.
“The Hollywood Bowl is a place where history, culture and music converge. In the 2025 Bowl season, we will explore the very essence of that connection, from Ellington to Ravel, Mahler to Korngold, Tchaikovsky to Márquez. We will also honor the 50th anniversary of El Sistema with a deeply personal series of performances, bringing together my LA Phil and Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra families for four nights of concerts and collaborations, celebrating the world’s greatest musical gathering place,” says Dudamel.
The Hollywood Bowl will close out their season on Sept. 28 with the lovely John Legend. However, before Legend closes out the season, there will be a set of firework finales, each with a performance by the iconic band, Chicago (Friday, September 12; Saturday, September 13; and Sunday, September 14).
And that’s just a snippet of the fun to be experienced at the Hollywood Bowl.

When Do Hollywood Bowl Tickets Go On Sale?
If you’re wondering how to get tickets to the Hollywood Bowl, we have the entire breakdown of ticket on-sales for you. For those who have never been to the Hollywood Bowl, tickets go on sale staggered. Choose below which best suits your show-going needs!
1. Group sales are available now – This highly recommended option is for groups of 10 or more. We love this option if you have a birthday or anniversary to celebrate or want to do something special for your employees! Additionally, you will receive a 20% discount on select seats for most concerts (based on availability), as well as special incentives for groups of 25 or more. Best of all, with a group order, there is only one low service charge per concert. You won’t have to pay service fees per ticket!
2. New subscriptions are available now – What is a Hollywood Bowl subscription? When you purchase a subscription package, you’ll get access to the best seats at the best prices for all of the concerts at the Hollywood Bowl. The Hollywood Bowl’s subscription packages offer the best value if you want to purchase a handful of concerts (from 3 to 5). This is a great way to make connections and new friends with other music lovers, especially those who are fond of the Bowl.

3. Create Your Own packages are available on March 25 at 10 AM – If you already know you’ll attend at least three concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, you need to take advantage of this option. Tickets start at $24, excluding fees. Speaking of fees, get this! This option grants you one low service fee instead of per-ticket service fees.
4. Single-ticket sales will be available on May 6 at 10 AM – Mark your calendars! This is usually the most popular and cost-effective method for concert-goers who can’t commit to a subscription or “create your own” package. On May 6, you can buy tickets to any Hollywood Bowl show that has not sold out. Tickets can be bought at the box office or online.
