First, the Chappell Roan tickets registration window closed on Sunday, July 27. If you didn’t register for tickets through the Fair AXS ticket request portal, you won’t be able to purchase Chappell Roan tickets. At least not yet. In some ticket registration scenarios, if tickets don’t sell out within a few days, the remaining tickets will be sold to the general public, meaning folks who missed the registration deadline.

When Will I Find Out If I Can Buy Chappell Roan Tickets?
Ah, the golden question. Fans will be selected at random between Tuesday, August 5, and Thursday, August 7. If selected, they will receive an exclusive invite to buy tickets to Chappell Roan’s pop-up shows. This email will be sent to the email used at registration. A private purchase link will also be included in the email invite.
We highly recommend setting an alarm to check your email, including your spam/junk folders, on August 5, 6, and 7. This way, you don’t miss that lucky email. Trust, it has happened to us before with ticket registrations. The last thing you want is to be invited to purchase tickets and not know about it because you completely forgot or got too busy to remember. So, set those alarms and calendar alerts!
Fans who are not selected to purchase tickets will be notified via email starting on Thursday, August 7.
When Do Chappell Roan Tickets Go On Sale?
There is no set date and time for when tickets to Chappell Roan’s pop-up shows go on sale. Selected fans will receive an invitation to purchase tickets between August 5 and 7. That does not mean tickets go on sale at that time. The on-sale date could potentially be at a later date, or it can be on August 5, 6, and/or 7.
An invitation email does not guarantee access to tickets, but it does provide an opportunity to purchase them, subject to availability. These shows are in high demand and may sell out quickly.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to invited fans, and each fan can purchase up to four tickets.
Additionally, $1 per ticket will go to organizations that provide resources and support for trans youth. Chappell shares, “It is so important that I give back to the Trans community as they have given me so much throughout my entire career.”
Is There a Chappell Roan Presale Code?
There is no presale code for Chappell Roan’s shows in Pasadena or any of her pop-up shows. However, Cash App Visa Cardholders can get an exclusive discount when purchasing their Chappell Roan tickets. Fans can use their Cash App Card at checkout to receive 15% off automatically, which will be credited back to their Cash App balance.

What Happens If Chappell Roan Tickets are Sold Out?
Welp, you might be out of luck, but not really. If tickets to Chappell Roan’s shows sell out, another tour date may be added. That might be the situation for a big market like Los Angeles, where we only have two LA Shows at Brookside Park in Pasadena, while New York has four.
Also, a waitlist option will likely be available if tickets sell out. It is not uncommon for more tickets to be released.
You can also wait closer to the show date. Fans who can no longer make the pop-up show may have the option to resell their tickets through the Fair AXS platform. This is usually an even face-value sale.
