For an Austin band, we’re sure getting a lot of Spoon goodness lately. We last caught their brilliant performance this past August at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, they also had a free mini show at Amoeba records. Most recently front-man Britt Daniel performed at George Fest with a slew of A-list musicians. Spoon were also just added to co-headline the upcoming Moon Block Party.

Spoon just released their new record They Want My Soul on Aug. 5 via Loma Vista Recording. You can order it directly from their website.
