The Black Ryder

Los Angeles’ The Black Ryder have shared a second track from forthcoming album, The Door Behind The Door. The song titled “Seventh Moon” is a lovely atmospheric track. Lulling in its beautifully structured soundscapes and with the soothing vocals of Aimee Nash, the song just might be the most beautiful Black Ryder track yet.

The Door Behind The Door is the follow up to The Black Ryder’s incredible Buy The Ticket, Take The Ride released in 2009. Engineered by Scott Von Ryper and produced by he and Nash, The Door Behind The Door picks up when the band left Australia to tour America in 2010. Due to the deeply personal nature of the new album, Nash and Von Ryper are taking the reins for its release, putting it out worldwide on the band’s own imprint The Anti-Machine Machine in conjunction with The Orchard. The Door Behind The Door will be released on February 24, 2015.

The Black Ryder have announced a headlining record release show at The Echo on February 25. Tickets are on sale now for $15 and the show is 18-and-over. Get your tickets before the show sells out (because it will).
