Jamie xx has announced a headlining show date at the Echoplex on Tuesday, July 28 in support of his critically acclaimed debut album, In Colour. The LP was just released last week via Young Turks and debuted at #12 on the Top Current Album Chart last week and was #1 on the Electronic and New Artist Album Charts. Last night Jamie XX made his late-night TV debut in the US last night with an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. Performing his illustrious single, “Loud Places (featuring Romy),” Jaime xx was joined on the stage by The xx, Jehnny Beth (from Savages), Moses Sumney, Caroline Polachek (from Chairlift), Stella Mozgawa (from Warpaint), Okay Kaya and the Harlem Choir! Tickets to Jamie xx at the Echoplex are priced at $27 and the show is 18-and-over. Opening for Jamie xx is Young Marco. Ticket will go on sale this Friday, June 19 at 12pm.
