Catfish and the Bottlemen

With elements of The Strokes meets Kings of Leon meets The Killers, UK rockers Catfish and The Bottlemen are seemingly destined to play arena shows across the globe.

Catfish and the Bottlemen’s debut full-length album The Balcony was met with critical acclaim and they’ve been playing massive crowds at home. Now they look to conquer America with their upcoming album The Ride, due out May 27 via Capitol Records.

The first single from that album “Soundcheck” now has a video to go with it. It’s an old-school approach as the band plays in a tiny dimly-lit room in the black and white video. The song roars with the catchy guitar parts and choruses that they’ve come to be known for.

The four-piece band comprised of Van McCann (vocals/guitar), Johnny Bond (guitar), Benji Blakeway (bass) and Bob Hall (drums) are poised to have a big 2016 if the first single is any indication of how rocking this album is going to be.
