Since their first appearance last summer, Sir Sly have been running with their mysterioso, dark knight, forms. Their monochromatic blend of vigilante pop leaves onlookers with nothing more than a pair of hot tracks and a hero to look at. Their newest 7″ will be revealed next month on Neon Gold. This superhero-of-a-band consists of Landon Jacobs, Jason Suwito, and Hayden Coplen. These three have been working hard writing, recording, and producing all their music in Suwito’s studio. Their singles “Ghost” and “Gold” have echoing qualities that can’t be forgotten and leads us into a new genre of pop noir. Joining Sir Sly at the Troubadour or Friday, May 24 are Dresses.
