Moving Units are bringing their indie dance punk to the El Rey Theatre on Friday, Dec. 5 for a very special performance. The band are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut album Dangerous Dreams (stream the album) which was released in 2004. Spark up that nostalgia because Moving Units will perform the entire 12-track record from start-to-finish! Get ready to dance the night away to classics like “Emancipation” and “Between Us & Them” and “Going for Adds”, to name a few. Supporting Moving Units at the El Rey are All Leather, Qui & Secret Fun Club.

Last September, Moving Units released their third full-length record Neurotic Exotic. According to the band’s Facebook page, they are currently writing and demoing new songs their next album. Perhaps the Moving Units will test a new song out on the crowd at their upcoming El Rey show.

Tickets to Moving Units at the El Rey Theatre are priced at $20 and the show is all-ages. There is a Goldenvoice presale on Friday, Sept. 26 at 10 a.m. Use the ticket link below and password to access presale tickets. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 10 a.m.
