Teenaged rockers Regrettes just recently toured with Jack Off Jill all across the UK last month and have put together an awesome music video for the song “Hey Now!” chronicling their trip more or less. The song appears on their Hey! EP and is available via iTunes, Spotify and Amazon. It was also recorded by Blank Tapes member Matt Adams.

We caught Lydia Night and Marlhy Murphy opening for Kate Nash at the Echo the week before Burger A-Go-Go and were thoroughly impressed by them. They even had a late drop-in from Peaches that night — whom the band will be opening for at the Regent on Nov. 13. They also open for Summer Twins on November 23 at their Echoplex residency. We have an interview posting later this month with band when we caught them at the Burger A-Go-Go pool party – these two girls are wise and talented beyond their years.

The video for “Hey Now!” follows Regrettes as they travel through the UK and perform as openers for Jack Off Jill, all of whom who make an appearance in the video. They ride the light rail, dance in front of the Big Ben clock tower and through the streets, and kick ass on stage. The playful tone of the video match the garage rock vibes of the song quite well.

Watch the video below and be sure to catch these Los Angeles up-and-comers at a show near you.
