Cruel World returns in 2024 with Interpol, Blondie, Simple Minds, Placebo, Soft Cell, Adam Ant, Ministry, Gary Numan, DREAMCAR and many more! The sought-after new wave punk and industrial metal festival will make its dark return on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.

We hope Cruel World 2024 is everything and nothing like last year’s festival. Everything as in GREAT music and GREAT fun. Nothing, as in, please Mother Nature don’t throw lightning bolts down on us.

Paying tribute to the industrial metal & new wave music scene, Ministry will be playing songs from their influential studio albums, With Sympathy and Twitch. Gary Numan will perform his debut solo studio album, The Pleasure Principle.

Also, AFI’s Davey Havok and No Doubt’s Tony Kanal, Tom Dumon, and Adrian Young will perform as DREAMCAR, showcasing their unique take on the new wave genre.

How To Get Cruel World Presale Tickets

Tickets to Cruel Word at Brookside at the Rose Bowl will go on sale Friday, Dec. 8 at 12pm. To access Cruel World presale tickets, you need to register. Once you register for presale tickets, you will texted the presale code. They usually tex the presale code the morning of the presale.

The remaining inventory of tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 11 at noon. Ticket prices are as follows:
