Cruel World Festival has revealed their 2023 lineup and it is all the “Dazzle.” Headlined by Siouxsie of the beloved post-punk / goth band Siouxsie and The Banshees, Cruel World Festival will also feature Iggy Pop, Billy Idol, Love and Rockets, Adam Ant, Echo & The Bunnymen, Molchat Doma, The Soft Moon, and many more!
Cruel World Festival will take place May 20, 2023 at Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA (Los Angeles area). The one-day festival is every goth and post-punk lover’s wet dream come true.
This year marks Siouxsie’s first North American performance in 15 years. The English singer last released her solo, debut album, Mantaray, in September 2007. Notably, Iggy Pop, the writer of “The Passenger” famously covered by Siouxsie, will also be performing. Furthermore, Love and Rockets are making a grand return to the stage as the band last performed together in 2008.
When Do Cruel World Tickets Go On Sale?
Tickets to Cruel World festival go on sale next Friday, January 27 at 12 PM PT. Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public after the presale. Register now to access the Cruel World fest presale! The festival sold-out in 2021 and a second Cruel World fest date was added.
When Will I Receive The Cruel World Presale Code?
Once you register, you will receive the Cruel World presale code the morning of the presale. Festival organizers usually text the presale code to the number you provided about an 1-3 hours before the presale begins. Past year’s we received our presale codes for Cruel World festival around 8am, and then again around 11am.

General Admission starts at $159 + service fees
General Admission+ starts at $249 + service fees — complete with dedicated entry lane, quick merchandise access, exclusive GA+ Lounge with air-conditioned restrooms, ahaded areas & additional seating, complimentary bottled water.
VIP starts at $399 + service fees — Featuring all of the above + 2 Expansive VIP Areas adjacent to two stages, more shade tents, ,ore seating options, exclusive food & feverage offerings, complimentary parking pass.
Clubhouse starts at $799 + service fees. (Clubhouse access is 21+ only — With the Clubhouse at Brookside pass fans can have a more luxurious experience with access to a centrally located, indoor air- conditioned hideaway that has panoramic views of the festival grounds. This pass also grants exclusive access to an intimate upfront guest viewing area at both stages.
