Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts have teamed up with Lana Del Rey and Beck for a very special daytime concert, titled “Harvest Moon,” benefiting non-profits The Painted Turtle and The Bridge School.
The Harvest Moon benefit concert will take place on Saturday, October 25, at The Painted Turtle camp in Lake Hughes, CA, near the Los Angeles National Forest, and just an hour North of the L.A.
“We’re honored to welcome Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, Beck, and Lana Del Rey to Harvest Moon this year,” said April Tani, Executive Director of The Painted Turtle. “This gathering, where music, nature, and purpose come together, is a powerful celebration of hope and community. It’s an opportunity for all of us to support two extraordinary organizations making a real difference in children’s lives.”
Lineup and What To Expect
The scenic concert will open its gates at 12 p.m. with the concert kicking off at 1 p.m. Attendees can sit on a grassy hillside as they take in the day’s performances, starting with the marimba ensemble Masanga. Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, Lana Del Rey, and Beck will follow through the afternoon. With LA’s beautiful mountains in the background of this lakeside performance, the Harvest Moon benefit concert is sure to be quite the one-of-a-kind experience.
In addition to the concert, Harvest Moon guests can enjoy a festival-like atmosphere with family-friendly activities including a kids’ zone, food trucks, and more.
