3. José James at Blue Note — Jan. 9-11

José James is a genre-blending vocalist who fuses jazz with influences from soul, funk, hip-hop, and rock. For three nights, and six shows, he will bring 1978: Revenge of the Dragon to Blue Note Los Angeles. 4. Artists for Aid at Shrine Auditorium feat. Clairo, Blood Orange, Lucy Dacus & More — Jan. 10

Artists for Aid unites acclaimed indie and alternative musicians for a night of music in support of Palestine and Sudan.
