The 67th annual GRAMMY Awards showed up for Los Angeles fire victims. Pivoting their entire ceremony, the support for those affected by the Los Angeles wildfires was highlighted through compelling stories, words from host Trevor Noah, and even commercial breaks. When this story was published, the GRAMMY Awards live broadcast had already raised over 6 million in fire relief. The event also featured several County of Los Angeles Fire Department members who took time on stage to speak and present the Album of the Year, which was awarded by LAFD to Beyoncé for Cowboy Carter.

To top it all off with a personal touch, small businesses based in Altadena and affected by the Eaton fire received advertising spots during the commercial breaks of the 2025 GRAMMY Awards. These commercials were broadcast live across several TV networks and streaming platforms, including CBS, Hulu + Live TV, Paramount+ with Showtime, DirecTV Stream, Fubo, YouTube TV, and more.

The evening also featured a moving performance by Stevie Wonder and Herbie Hancock, who performed “We Are the World” in a Live Aid-like style. The performance also featured two student singers from two schools lost in the LA wildfires.

It was impossible to watch the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards and not shed many tears.
